Staff were wonderful. Front desk were fabulous - friendly and knowledgeable. Guest services ensured that my son received balloons and treats for his 6th birthday. Concierge were incredibly friendly and polite. Staff appear to have had a high level of training and it really shows. Location is great - downtown but quiet. The outside bar and restaurant was a great space with more fabulous staff, very good food and cocktails.

Room was spacious, well appointed and absolutely spotless. We were on the 16th floor and had an amazing view of Lake Ontario and the CN Tower. House keeping was spot on with clean towels and bottled water everyday. Breakfast was excellent with a huge range of hot and cold, buffet and a la carte. Staff incredibly polite and helpful.

The location of the Hotel is great, you are close to all activities and points of interest are a walking distance. The rooms are clean and furnished with everything that you want. I had a special request about my wife's birthday celebration and the hotel really did well in acknowledging my request and making her feel special on her day. Good Job

Absolutely everything, from the smell of the hotel to the amazing welcoming staff. Worth every dollar and the best hotel to book. I have never felt more relaxed and happy with everything I received. Money was definitely worth spent and everything was very well done. I can not wait to go back!!

It exceeded our expectations. This trip was for my 12 year old daughter. It was exactly what was needed walking distance to attractions, excellent spa accommodations, excellent decor, city views included CN tower/Rodgers Stadium/Lake Ontario, front desk staff exceptional, clean hotel from room/hallways/pool area, quiet and relaxing 😌. The hotel experience is consistent from Montreal to Toronto. Normally I do not like hotels except this one, if the area doesn't have one, I will not go. Thank you for giving my family a chance to relax and reset.

It was impeccably clean and remarkably beautiful. The staff members were extremely pleasant and welcoming. I really enjoyed Club Lounge access and the variety of healthy, delicious foods. The immence amount of sunlight flooding our room further elevated my spirit. The bed and linens were a dream and last but definitely not least, the electronic bidet was an exciting adventure!

Staff service was exceptional. Broke my makeup remover and asked front desk for some, they brought it up very quickly. Staff respect the privacy sign very much. Super professional service! The rooms and amenities are clean and tidy. Although we did not get the view of CN tower but the other side is still pretty good.
